AdCrew

Data deletion

Disconnect Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 or Gmail

  1. Sign in at workspace.adcrew.net as an owner or admin of the business.
  2. In Data sources, open Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 or Gmail and press Turn off to stop syncing and delete its data. Turn off affects only that one source. For Gmail, that deletes every message AdCrew copied from the mailbox; nothing in the mailbox itself is touched.
  3. To also remove the Meta or Google sign-in, press Disconnect next to it. That deletes the stored access and revokes it at Meta or Google. One Google sign-in serves Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 and Gmail, so disconnecting it stops all of them in that account. You can also withdraw it yourself at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

If a deletion cannot run at once it is retried, and it always completes within 30 days.

Remove AdCrew's access on the platform's side

When access is removed on Meta's or Google's side, AdCrew can no longer read the account and treats the source as disconnected.

Delete everything

Email [email protected] from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account, or a business's whole workspace if you are its owner. We confirm the request, then delete the account, the workspace with its messages and files, and the business's synced ad data within 30 days, and write back when it is done.

A Facebook user who connected AdCrew can request deletion the same way, or through Meta's Business integrations settings above. We answer every request, including when we hold no data.
