Terms of service

The service

AdCrew is provided by SIA "AdCrew" (registration No. 50203583111), Latvia. It gives a business a workspace where people work with AI agents on its marketing: reading ad performance, preparing reports and proposing changes. These terms apply to everyone who signs in. A separate written agreement with a business, where there is one, takes precedence over them.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account. The owner of a business account decides who is invited into its workspace and what they may do there.

Your data

A business keeps all rights to the content in its workspace and the data from the accounts it connects. It gives us permission to process that data only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. Only connect accounts you are authorised to connect.

AI agents and approvals

The agents' output is produced by AI and can be wrong. Check anything important before acting on it. Nothing that spends money happens without a person approving it, and the person who approves is responsible for that decision.

Fair use

Do not use AdCrew to break the law or the rules of the platforms you connect, to try to reach another business's workspace, or to disrupt the service.

Fees

Fees are agreed with each business in writing. Trials and demos are free unless agreed otherwise.

Availability and liability

We work to keep AdCrew available and secure, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, or decisions made on the basis of the agents' output, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using AdCrew at any time and ask us to delete your data (data deletion). We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
